when the pages of time turned,
There i saw a Vicious sight,
Where Medusa's Victims cried, their hearts burn
i saw Pandora's scary plight.
There felt Zeus's fatal strike,
Where Thanatos opened his arms,
Hades' anger created an immortal fight
i saw their auras filled with an ungodly Charm.
where Peitho played her seductive cards, wild,
Men fell at her feet, filled with Hamlock
There Demeter gave them the gift of a child,
To raise the count on earth's beautiful walk.
Where Aphrodite controlled all hearts,
There fell at her holy feet, men and gods
Where Dionysus manipulated minds and threw venemous darts,
There Apollo shined bright with the right chords.
Where nyx cloaked the world,
There was the beauty of the dark
Where power and love both swirled,
Such was the greek ark.
Such a bewildering game is history,
One that even Athena couldn't solve
Soon the pages stopped turning, what a mystery
Yet these visions in my mind would always revolve.
