Poetic Response

His world, he called a cloister,
Shaken by her unique pitch
Her heart rode a coaster,
Eventually to fall in a ditch.

Her aura, hardly inticing,
Her hope seems long gone
Emotions tied together with a ring,
Like a sensitive flower bearing thorn.

She kneeled infront of him slowly,
Her heart hoping for solace
She crowned him thoroughly,
Though her, he hardly did embrace.

In her, he found a home,
Temporarily though he stayed,
To him she was his sphinx, a mystery,
Though her faith, he betrayed.

She yearned for his divine touch,
He chose to possess her soul and snatch
Her eyes at this thought, oft tear much,
She usually escapes, her breath catch.

Yes, his voice found her a home,
Her solace though soon she lost
Smacked back to her fake dome,
Again submerged in the dust.
