Support

At night, there's darkness outside. Everyone is sleeping, and you get alone with your thoughts.

You don't want to bother anyone at night, which makes it more difficult to know how to deal with depressive thoughts.

so you choose the easiest, yet most difficult way, trying to deal with it alone.

You toss and turn, think about stuff. . .

You soon find a wet patch on your pillow and realise you're deep in tears.

Yes, you cry really hard and you feel like you need someone beside you and someone to hold you.

You have nobody beside you and this very thought kills you slowly, on the inside.

You break down and feel this weird feeling which physically hurts you. . .

It hurts so bad and you feel like you're far beyond done and you just end it all. . .

 The end maybe?

This isn't only a story.
It's a sad truth.

A sad truth of every 5th person's life out there.

Depression is on a rise and these poor people sadly end up paying the price.

Help them.

Be there for everyone around you.
